Czech Republic Resource Corp is an independent producer of oil and gas. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of properties for production of crude oil and natural gas, targeting primarily known wells in the state of Louisiana. The Company targets properties with an aim to build value for shareholders and produce solid revenues and profitability. The Company has recently focused on Caddo Pine, Louisiana, a region which contains an estimate two billion plus barrels of Remaining Oil ?in-place?, and is the richest field in the Onshore Gulf Coast Basin. The Company owns two leases, with a total of six wells. The Thacker lease has four wells on 14 acres of land. These four wells have approximately 184,676 barrels of primary recoverable oil. The Thrash lease has two wells on six acres of land with 49,589 of primary oil. That brings the total of the two leases to 234,265 barrels of primary recoverable oil. With the recent price of crude oil being around $64 a barrel, the estimated value of the reserves stand at $15 million USD. The Thrash and Thacker leases are located in Northern Louisiana in the Lake Caddo Parrish.
