Andes Gold, through its wholly owned subsidiary company Compañia Minera P.L. In Ecuador, (South America) controls a Gold mining and exploration concession called the Miranda Alto. Since 2007, Compañia Minera PL S.A. has developed to a fully equipped gold mine processing plant in Portovelo / Zaruma.
The mine is active and processing Gold and Silver from shafts within the Miranda property. These tunnels have more sites ready from where the company could increase production, but not until the processing capacity of the plant is improved where some workings are already underway. In the short term, the company plans to increase production from the mine.
